Hi, I am Felicia Grady, I graduated from The Chef Academy in 2012. I started Plate It Up! Catering shortly after graduation. While also building a business and brand, I was given the opportunity to teach at Second Helpings, as a culinary instructor. I am a Serve Safe Proctor and a Proud Member of American Culinary Federation. I Provide Personal Chef Services for Anniversaries, Birthdays, Date Night, Bachelorette Parties, and Family Reunions- you name it, I'm there! And of course, I specialize in gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian cuisine.
